People & Culture Manager opening available now, based in our HQ in Cluj-Napoca office, at Softech │ Codespring.  This role will lead the People & Culture roadmap whilst fostering a positive organizational culture. The People & Culture Manager (He/She) will be in charge with overseeing our employee lifecycle from the attraction, engagement, and development of the talent. The Key Responsibilities

Since our company is constantly growing, the main responsibilities of our People & Culture Manager, based in Cluj-Napoca, will be to:

  • Advocate organizational values with a people – centric approach
  • Be a day-to-day coach and partner to business operations leaders
  • Build internal communities of excellence in tandem with department and project managers
  • Manage, design, improve and implement the in-house training programs
  • Lead new hire orientation sessions, and specific training sessions for both team managers and team members
  • Lead consistent investigations in order to assess and constantly improve the overall employee experience with Softech │ Codespring
  • Champion the Open Door Policy by assisting in the counseling of employees as needed, through clear, calm and direct verbal or written communication
  • Act as a mediator in case of conflicts and grievances
  • Bring all sensitive employees related information to the attention of the executive board
  • Smoothly partner with operations leaders to develop staffing needs for each software development project
  • Effectively partner with operational leadership team for succession, talent and retention plan
  • Support the local business community through participation in HR committees and employer network meetings
  • Provides expert advice on organization structure, position titles and responsibilities, benefits, policies and growth planning
  • Responsibly support and assist the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, periodic review of existing policies and recommendation of new policies, approaches, and procedures.

  • A direct and clear multilingual communicator, both in writing and speaking (Hungarian, Romanian, English)

  • Able to maintain composure under pressure while also being flexible and adaptable
  • Sense of humor and ability to “roll with change” are vital in the IT world

Professional and Academic Background

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources management and/or related fields
  • Excellent track record of working in various HR teams and/or projects
  • Previous exposure to diverse organizational and local cultures is a plus

  • Organizational Coach certification
  • Consulting experience
