Our 2024 Christmas software team reunion in Cluj-Napoca, was a great time for reconnecting and networking with our colleagues from all across Transylvania. Since in the local IT community there is a strong tradition of celebrating Christmas and all winter holidays, we are glad that this year too, SOFTECH team had the occasion to organize a beautiful and cosy team reunion.
The Christmas software team reunion in Cluj, was actually the corollary of a series of end-of-year events: the 2024 brief review held in a hybrid meeting, the celebration of round work anniversaries and the counting of this year’s achievements. What we found impressive, was the cohesion of our team during these challenging times and the openness to travel to Cluj-Napoca, in order to meet the team. Let’s have a look back at this beautiful evening.
Festive Welcome
What can be better than a nice champagne, an elegant venue, jazzy Christmas carols in the background and smiley colleagues? It is always a joy to reconnect and find out the latest news from Târgu Mureș, Odorheiu Secuiesc and Cluj-Napoca teams.
Work Anniversaries Celebrations and Appreciations
Already a nice tradition at the annual SOFTECH │ Codespring Christmas reunion, our dear CEO and the HR team points out the dedication of those colleagues who already celebrate five, ten, fifteen, twenty or twenty-five years in the company.
This year we hit a new record: around 22 colleagues had such round anniversaries. It was simply a joy to listen to their thank you words and fun stories! And, just to add a fun note, even our crafted Lajos The Snowman, celebrated his ten years anniversary with us!
Company Values In Action
The Christmas software team reunion in Cluj, also stands for a live manifestation of our company values. After the hard work during the year, everyone deserves a break to relax and have fun. The “work hard, play hard” philosophy still rules our software house and everyone tuned in the nice atmosphere.
Fancy drinks and tasty food also uplifted the energy in the room, helping the team to network and share ideas. In the end, a Christmas reunion fosters positive workplace culture and strengthens team dynamics.
Live Music and Party Props
Since we must say that SOFTECH │ Codespring people are rather creative, there could be no party without kids singing carols and having fun around the Christmas tree, live concert, super dance moves and fun party props. Everything in white and techy blue: lights, decorations, cocktails and sweets.
The Night Is Young and So Are We
Counting an amazing team of +176 developers and IT professionals, we can say that SOFTECH team has renewed itself by attracting young talent around an iconic core of senior software engineers. Even if the music and dance styles jump over the night from rock, heavy metal and hip-hop to disco, techno and Latin pop, the important thing is that everyone haves fun on the dance floor.
As the saying goes “the nigh is young and so are we”, there is plenty of time to experience it all and enjoy fun times with the team.
