December is the time to count our achievements and celebrate our team! This year, we were honoured to organize a special Christmas dinner together with our colleagues from all the SOFTECH offices in Transylvania, Romania. 2025 being the 27th year since the foundation of the company, was also a unique moment to celebrate those colleagues who stood along and surpassed all difficulties with our team. In short, a well deserved round of applause resonated together, a much-cherished live concert enchanted our souls and we rejoiced the gift of our team reunion.

First, it is important for all those who are reading this to understand that Christmas in Transylvania is one of the most important celebrations. As a Christian culture, our community in Transylvania, welcomes dearly the magical moment of Nativity and its associated symbolisms. For SOFTECH team, Christmas has always been a special moment to reunite all the colleagues, whether they were working in the office or remote. This tradition remained the same for years and is set to last!

The highlight of the event was the celebration of work anniversaries in our team for 20 years, 15 years, 10 years and 5 years of belonging to SOFTECH software development team. We were humbled and honoured to have our colleagues in the spotlight and hear their thoughts about the working experience and life at SOFTECH. Celebrating these employee milestones are also a tradition in our company and we are happy that our CEO and HR team are always making this moment a special one.
