UX/UI Designer Job at SOFTECH Cluj available now! It is a hybrid work with possibility to join our offices in Cluj-Napoca or Tîrgu Mureș or Odorheiu Secuiesc, at Softech │ Codespring.  This role will be integrated in our software development team and will be responsible for specific design projects. In this specific role, Hungarian is a must.

UX/UI Designer Job Responsibilities

  • design wireframes, build interactive prototypes and make visuals for web and mobile apps
  • produce high-fi mockups and design assets, for assisting a fluent development process
  • work with cross-functional teams while also integrating feedback into design iterations
  • work with clients to determine requirements
  • communicate effectively and proactively ask for feedback
  • always mind the user experience across all digital platforms
  • keep your team update with design and relatable software trends

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous work experience as a UX/UI Designer (hired or freelance)
  • Design tools proficiency (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite and others)
  • Design systems and design thinking knowledge
  • Superior communication skills
  • Openness to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams
  • High0velocity design iterations
  • Willingness to work in an agile environment
  • Proficient Hungarian language
  • Fluent English language

Good To Have:

  • More than 2 years of working experience as a UX/UI Designer
  • Own design portfolio to present during the selection stage
  • User research and usability testing experience
  • Content versioning tools (git) familiarity
  • Possibility to join our offices in Cluj-Napoca or Târgu-Mureș or Odorheiu Secuiesc
