Last November, SOFTECH and its employer brand – Codespring was honored with the Role Model 2021 Loveable Workplace in Romania. Celebrating 23 years since the set-up of the company, with most of the initial team still working here at Softech │ Codespring, the Role Model 2021 Loveable Workplace in Romania Award gained new meaning. It was a surprise for all of us and it definitely made our day!

Under a very inspired keynote: “Change is the New Normal”, the event brought together entrepreneurs and small companies form various sectors.  Ilona Benkő – HR Manager, represented our company. On the occasion, she also took part in the jury for the Employer Branding for Romanian SMEs Award 2021.

200+ Romanian companies attended the competition on dreamjobs.ro. They were mainly from the following areas of business: architecture, business and management, commerce, communications and marketing, customer services and support, design eCommerce, education, engineering, entertainment and leisure, fashion and beauty, finance and accounting, food and gastronomy, healthcare, human resources, IT Operations.

Feeling proud that our company was awarded the Role Model 2021 Loveable Workplace Awards, we are looking forward for new challenges and accomplishments in the upcoming future.
