FestivApp helps you to browse among festival programs, which can host more than 100 events!
Search by artists, filter by categories, mark events as favorite or find out the exact location of featured events.

FestivApp is available both for Android and iOS devices as a digital program booklet for multi-site events, like festivals and conferences.

For all users

Access all program-related information while being both online or offline

  • The events can be filtered by location (stage) or by category
  • The favourite events can be marked. The users will receive reminders 30 minutes before the event, so they do not miss any favourite program point
  • The locations of the programs/events/concerts/presentations can be pinned on the map; each user can navigate to pinned location via google map, iMap or any other navigation map in use.
  • The app requires relatively little storage space on smartphones.

For event-organizers

  • the event can be released immediately to the public via FestivApp (without prior authorization from 3rd parties)
  • any modification can be done after the public release
  • push messaging is available in order to timely communicate any program changes to the users

How to register your event ?

  1. Register your festival on https://ui.festivapp.eu/#/createaccount
  2. Fill your event basic data (name, date)

          Do not forget to set the colours, upload a logo, orientation drawing or map with the venues in the perimeter of the festival

  1. Register your team user`s accounts on the platform with different email addresses
  2. Invite your team to edit the event
  3. Start uploading your detailed program: check the icons on the left part of the dashboard:

Mandatory fields:

  • starting date and time
  • venue / location
  • category

Optional, but useful fields:

  • ending date and time
  • presenters
  • detailed description (with active links)
  1. Please download the app on your testing device from Playstore (for Android http://bit.ly/FestivApp), or Apple Store (for iOS http://bit.ly/iFestivApp)
  2. Preview your event before going public. (The QR code is displayed after clicking the preview icon. You can use this unique code to promote your event with it!)
  3. If everything looks good, send us the activation request.
  4. After activation you can freely change and edit the events anytime.
