Structured in three parts, the Forbes magazine interview recalls the early beginnings of the 25 years old software development company from Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, Romania. Mr. Szélyes Levente talks about the first projects contracted in Cluj-Napoca and the BOT (build-operate and transfer) steps with one of the largest technology companies across the world, Siemens, just before the GFC (Global Financial Crisis) from 2007-2009.

A turning point in the life of the company highlighted by Mr. Szélyes Levente during the interview, is exactly the period of time situated between the GFC and the Great Recession, felt mostly in 2009 – 2010 in Eastern Europe, namely Romania, Transylvania. It was this precise and decisive context that urged the tech entrepreneur to seek for external marketing advice and support.

Another sensitive point discussed during the interview is the tech labor market in Cluj-Napoca and the wider region of Transylvania. As an excerpt, it worth mentioning the highly competitive human resources market and the hunger for skilled programmers and IT professionals.
